Audio / Video Ministry

The audio/video department at the GraceWay Church of God provides a valuable ministry to the church members, guests and community. Those involved in this ministry ensure that all sound equipment, video equipment, microphones and instruments are prepared prior to service. They also provide video/audio recordings for all services, which can be reproduced upon request. This ministry promotes the highest quality of sound and comfort for all involved.

Children’s Church Ministry

The Children’s Church Ministry at GraceWay has been developed as a passionate ministry, devoted to children and their families, in which children are given an opportunity to express themselves and learn through bible based messages and Christ-centered worship.

Our children meet in Kid's Kingdom every Sunday morning at 10 AM, with the exception of every 5th Sunday. On the 5th Sunday, we have our children and Children's Ministry Team join us in the main sanctuary for a time of exposure and growth.

Kid's Kingdom leaders are gifted, anointed, enthusiastic, and carefully considered; they devote their time and energy fully into the ministry, helping the kids to build a solid foundation with Jesus.

Church and Pastor Council Ministry

The Church and Pastor’s Council at GraceWay has a very broad and structured responsibility. The Church and Pastor Council assists the pastor in making, promoting and activating policy, they are selected from the church body to provide guidance for the direction of the church, and assists in all financial decisions and budgeting.

The Church and Pastor’s Council is our local governing body that is concerned with the health, vitality, mission and ministry of the GraceWay church family.

Media and Publications Ministry

The Media & Publications Ministry at GraceWay provides and promotes valuable information for the church family. Each week this ministry brings to the attention of all, the events, happenings and special announcements that are scheduled to be taking place within our local body and throughout our community.
Weekly bulletins and video presentations are used by our ministry team to facilitate the up-to-date information. Special inserts, upcoming event reminders and encouraging words of help as well as prayer needs are all included in each informational packet.

Music and Arts Ministry

The Music & Arts Ministry at GraceWay are used greatly by God to prepare the soil of the hearts of God’s people to receive the seed of His word. Our choral and praise team along with our musicians and special singers are gifted and anointed of God to create an atmosphere where this local body can enter into times of worship and praise that brings glory to God and His Kingdom.

At the heart of this ministry, is the desire to see our people have a genuine encounter with Christ. Our style is variable in nature, we have both fast and slow, both loud and soft and both reflective and responsive.

Nursery Ministry

The GraceWay Nursery Ministry is geared toward developing and refining a passionate ministry, devoted to toddlers/infants and their families. Our goal is to facilitate areas of development that will encourage exposure to biblical characters, biblical truths and biblical stories. We are here to provide care and compassion for those who are just beginning their journey of life.

Greeters and Ushers Ministry

At the GraceWay Church the first impression for the new attendee at a new church takes place when they enter the front door. The job of the Greeter / Usher team is to ensure that the first thing they see in our foyer and Gathering Place is a friendly smiling face and a “hello”. It is the responsibility of the Greeter / Usher team to ensure that our guests are politely welcomed and assisted when needed.

A smile, a handshake, a warm welcome and a weekly bulletin are but just a few of the initial contact made with you, our family and guests.

GraceWay Student Ministry

GraceWay Student Ministry is for all students ages 11 to 18, every Wednesday night at 6:30 PM with Pastor Alesha in the Lower Building. Students are encouraged to become deeply rooted in their faith and their relationship with Christ by teaching them the importance of discipleship and the strong love God has for us. We also spend intentional time of fellowship and memory making together with a different event every single month!

Prayer and Visitation Ministry

Through our Visitation and Prayer Ministry people many find themselves comforted by God, because of a helping hand, supportive shoulder and word of wisdom. Each day affords us with the opportunity to drop in for a visit with those who may find themselves shut in or unable to be in service with us. This visitation may take place personally, with a sharp smile, or it may take place Spiritually, with a fervent prayer.

Our ministry team desires to make contact with you upon each opportunity afforded to us, don’t be surprised if you receive a note or a card with simple messages of our love and care for you.
