Pastor Mitchum comes to the GraceWay family with over 17 years of ministry experience. He along with Min. Michelle Mitchum, his wife, has relocated from South Carolina to serve the GraceWay family along with the community in Camp Hill. It is their desire to see the Kingdom of God expand throughout the Camp Hill area and beyond. Pastor Mitchum enjoys each area of ministry and looks forward to weekly Preaching, Teaching, Equipping and Encouraging the congregation at GraceWay.

Pastor Michelle Mitchum serves alongside her husband to facilitate an atmosphere of growth, worship, love, compassion and encouragement for the GraceWay family. She holds a license of ministry in the Church of God and seeks avenues to better equip those she encounters each day. Pastor Michelle Mitchum has a heart for those who may be hurting, wounded, overlooked and often neglected by society.

Dr. Nathaly comes to GraceWay with a heart for missions.  She was raised in New York and the DR. As a teenager she developed a love for missions.  In 2017 God opened a door for her to go on her first missions trip to Guatemala.  and that trip forever changed her.  She is married to Wilmer and together they have five children . Her purpose, along with the Mission's Team is to facilitate the ability for the gospel of Christ to be shared locally, nationally and globally through various mission endeavors. She is the finger on the pulse of mission's and purposefully strives to maintains contact with our current Missionaries.

Jeff works diligently with each member of our media team to ensure that every area of ministry has personnel in place to facilitate a smooth and seamless experience for our congregation, musician's, vocalist, sound, video and lighting. Jeff set's the standard of excellence and often is responsible for stepping in to fill any last minute requests. Jeff, along with the entire team, are the unsung hero's of a successful service from start to finish.

Barb is the smiling face that creates an atmosphere of calm when you visit GraceWay. She along with her team are responsible for providing information to each guest when they arrive. Her ability of planning and scheduling always ensures that a friendly, smiling face will greet you and questions can be answered. Weekly her and her team will greet you in and also greet you out.

Sister Shirley Bowen has the responsibility of overseeing the financial health and vitality of the GraceWay church. She works to ensure that each area of ministry is equipped for healthy interaction within the church family and community. Shirley is a great asset to our Senior Pastor, she makes sure that he is informed of any and all business relating to the church as well as updating his appointment calendar.

Pastor Joe comes to the GraceWay family with more than 30 years of ministry experience centered on leading worship. He is a gifted musician, songwriter, singer, and leader as well as a humble servant of the Lord. Along with our musicians and singers, Pastor Joe seeks to encourage and lead our church family into a deeper level of worship. Flowing under a Psalmist Anointing, Pastor Joe directs our attention to be completely focused on God our Father, Jesus Christ our Savior and the Holy Spirit our Baptizer. His heart is centered on Glorifying God and Encouraging His Bride.

Jason and Caroline came to know Jesus thanks to neighbors who took them to children's church, and eventually, their families accepted Jesus as their Lord and Savior. Along with their team of volunteers who are equally passionate about youth, they seek to strengthen the groups of children and Youth that currently attend Graceway and reach those who do not yet know Jesus or do not attend any church. Their goal is to win them for the kingdom of Heaven, guide them to have a relationship with Jesus and develop them into leaders who, in turn, reach the next generation to follow Jesus. They do this in a fun and dynamic way that captures the attention of the current generation with whom God has entrusted them to work.
